In a truly transparent display of actual racism Bank of America announces that Black and Hispanic homebuyers can now receive zero down payment, zero closing cost mortgages while the entire White population of the United States is not included.
While the average mortgage price in the US has risen from $1,500 to $2,442 in the course of the last year due to inflation and the oncoming housing crisis, Blacks and Hispanics don’t have to worry, because the government will continue to provide them with opportunities.
If you are a white person living in America also wanting to own your own home one day, that is too bad. You will be treated unfairly for the color of your skin, the irony is phenomenal.
There will be no opportunities provided for you.
Here is the statement from Bank of America:
“Homeownership strengthens our communities and can help individuals and families to build wealth over time,” AJ Barkley, head of neighborhood and community lending for Bank of America, said in a release.
“Our Community Affordable Loan Solution will help make the dream of sustained homeownership attainable for more Black and Hispanic families, and it is part of our broader commitment to the communities that we serve.”
Racism is alive and well in the United States, but it doesn’t look anything like they tell you it does.
For all of the Whites in America that aren’t rich and don’t own homes, just know that not only do you not qualify for these types of programs, but you also directly pay for these programs with your taxes.
